There is no age requirement. The experience is not recommended for small children, toddlers, or babies. However, due to the graphic nature of the event, we suggest limiting entry to guests aged 12+.

We do not recommend attending the event if you are pregnant. If you have questions, please consult your healthcare provider.

We do not recommend that people with asthma attend the show. If you have asthma or any other medical concerns, we suggest you consult with your healthcare provider before attending one of our attractions.

All of our haunts are accessible and while we do our best to accommodate all guests, our attraction does include dark, tight spaces that can affect the experience for some customers. We offer bypasses for these sections, so please ask our event staff for the Safety & Surveillance team upon your arrival and we will help you make the most of your experience.

No. Photography and videography are strictly prohibited. Unless given Permission by Management. 

No, actors will not touch you and we also ask you not to touch the actors.

We welcome costumes, but do not allow full-face masks/make-up or props of any kind. If you must paint your face, we ask that you remain recognizable enough to match the likeness on your identification card. You must not interact with other guests as if you are one of our cast members. If our security team does not recognize you as a guest, you may be asked to remove your makeup.
