Refund Policy

The Reaper's Collection offers a return for products that are UNOPENED and UNUSED. We understand shopping from the grave of the Reaper can be scary and you may not grab the right size or products while trying to escape. In most cases we accept items back if the condition of the item is not used, and unopened. 

• If your product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. 
• Mask, make up, prosthetics are a No return policy. However if your are not satisfied with your product please reach out to the Reaper himself.
• Animatronics are not returnable. If you are experiencing issues with missing parts or broken parts please contact us.
• Pre Order/ Backorder items: Once you purchase a Pre Order or Backorder item there is No cancellations or refunds accepted. When you place your pre order, The Reaper will give you updates as frequently as possible regarding your item. Note these items have an expected shipping date but will keep in touch regarding if the product will ship at a later date than expected. 
• We No longer ship outside of the U.S. For any questions regarding this policy, please contact us. 
• If an Item is returned and accepted by us, there will be a restocking fee up to 20% of the item cost.
• Coupons are limited time and come out frequently. Please Subscribe to our email list for a chance to receive Discounts and more!
• We require notice of defect/damage within 5 days of delivery to begin the exchange/refund process.  We cannot guarantee replacement availability.
