At The Reaper’s Collection, we know that shopping from the underworld can be a bit... unnerving. If you make a mistake while fleeing the grasp of the Reaper—don’t worry. We’ve got your back (mostly).

We accept returns on UNOPENED and UNUSED items only. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. If you’ve grabbed the wrong item in a panic, return it unused and we may accept it—pending inspection.

• Returns must be approved before being sent back
   
• A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply
   
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping
   

• Masks, makeup, prosthetics: Due to hygiene concerns, these items are FINAL SALE.
   
• Animatronics: These are non-returnable. If you receive one with missing or broken parts, contact us right away.
   
• Pre-orders / Backorders: All pre-order and backorder sales are final. No cancellations or refunds. We’ll keep you updated as the item journeys from the depths of the netherworld to your doorstep.
   

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right—though we can’t guarantee replacement availability.

We no longer ship outside the U.S. (Even the Reaper can’t handle international customs.)
